I started my yoga journey in the year 1985, and finished my teacher training course in 2002.
I'm specialized in treating those suffering from thyroid, diabetes, anxiety, depression, back ache (L3, L4), frozen shoulder, knee pain, arthritis, migraine.
I'm also specialised in prenatal and postnata yoga training.
As a 67 year old I can strongly say that yoga definitely keeps a person always active both mentally and physically.
Keeps the mind free from any negative thoughts, helps one gain confidence, helps to tackle any tiugh situations.
Yoga is a must for all irrespective for any age even if the person is suffering from any ailments or not.
I've been successfully in helping many people regain their confidence, their overall strength and immunity with my experience of 20 years.
