This course is for people at age 20-50. By the end of this course, a student will learn to appreciate the benefits of this ancient science of yoga. They will also be able to experience how yoga can help them to grow in their day-to-day life. As a yoga student, I expect them to come neat and clean to class. I expect them to be punctual. They should not have eaten anything before 3 hours from the class start time. They should bring their own mat. They should follow the class instructions carefully.
