This is Anirudh here, an Isha certificated Classical Hatha Yoga Teacher. I have undergone the 21 week (1750+hrs) of intense Hatha Yoga Teacher Training program at the Isha Hatha School of Yoga, located at the foothills of Velliangiri mountains, Coimbatore.

Prior to this, I was the Founder Director of a startup brand in consumer durables sector. I took up Yoga as a way of living and to be a part of transmitting this sacred science out of sheer passion towards it.

Our classes are structured in such a way that once you complete a workshop of 3-5 days, you will be able to do the practices on your own. You can always reach us for any review or practice correction sessions.
