I was not aware that L/R/W happens on one day and speaking happens on another day.
I got the venue details for 15th and the speaking test on is happening on 19th when I am out of station. Can I just reschedule only the speaking test or I can reschedule my entire test by showing my planned travel bookings.

Answer 
You do the Listening test first following by the Reading and Writing of the test. Depending on the test center, the Speaking test may be taken up to 7 days either before or after the test date.
Contact your test center for a change of date. Depending upon the situation, they would take an appropriate decision.
read lessYou can contact your exam body (IDP/British Council) with appropriate reason, as per availability in your city, they can rechedule it but they may ask for a suporting documents for the reason.
For Entire test recheduling, you have to provide the supporing documents that you are not able to deliver the test & you have to pay Rs. 3000 to Rs. 3200 as rescheduling charge. They will reschedule your test on next available date with your confirmation.
