No , both the tests are demanding and require skills to crack the modules . The only difference is PTE is computer based

Both the exams are technique based, IELTS is paper based where as PTE is system/computer based. Depends on what suits you.

Is passport compulsory for IELTS?
Passport is the only ID document accepted by British Council and IDP. Please make sure the Passport is valid at the time of writing the test. Even expired passports are not accepted.

I am learning B.Com, I wanted to learn computer science but I couldn't because I have not good situation at that time, actually I wanted to learn programming language like C, C++, Python.
