I have 6+ years of experience in IAM(User Administration). Recently I have moved to SAP OCC monitoring role. Is this the right time to learn SAP basis or I am planning to go with service Now developing which is related to my previous role. Kindly help with your suggestion which is really appreciate. Moving from IAM (Identity and Access Management) admin role to "ServiceNow Developer" would be like starting a new career after six years, that's is not a good idea, indeed!
You can addon skils like Automation using "Powershell" and "Service now" partially working in IAM area that is a much better idea. In starting you can automate IAM related reports, task using PowerShell and later creating a different catalogue on service now and entirely automate the repetitive requests/task using service now directory.
