Teaching Experience in detail in Class I-V Tuition
Over the past decade, I’ve had the privilege of working as an educator in both IB and CBSE schools, and I can confidently say that this journey has been one of the most rewarding experiences of my life. Each year brought new challenges, opportunities, and countless moments of learning—not just for my students, but for me as well. Teaching in an IB school was an eye-opening experience. The IB philosophy of fostering inquiry-based learning, critical thinking, and global-mindedness aligned perfectly with my own beliefs about education. I was able to create dynamic and engaging learning environments where students were encouraged to explore their interests, ask questions, and think deeply about the world around them. The emphasis on holistic development meant that I could guide my students not only academically but also in their personal growth, helping them become well-rounded individuals ready to tackle the challenges of the future. One of the greatest joys of teaching in an IB setting was witnessing the transformation of my students as they moved through the program. I saw them develop a genuine love for learning, gain confidence in their abilities, and cultivate a sense of responsibility toward themselves and others. The collaborative nature of the IB curriculum allowed me to work closely with students, understanding their individual needs and tailoring my teaching to help them reach their full potential. My time in CBSE schools was equally enriching, though it brought its own set of experiences. The structured and rigorous curriculum of CBSE required a different approach, one that focused on mastering foundational knowledge while also encouraging critical analysis and problem-solving. I enjoyed the challenge of making complex concepts accessible to my students, helping them build a strong academic foundation that would serve them well in their future studies. Looking back, I’m incredibly grateful for the experiences I’ve had in both IB and CBSE schools. Each environment offered unique insights and opportunities for growth, both for me and my students. These years have shaped me into the educator I am today—one who is passionate about fostering a love for learning, committed to supporting each student’s journey, and always eager to continue learning and growing alongside my students. I can confidently say that my teaching journey has been more than just a career; it has been a deeply fulfilling learning experience that has enriched my life in countless ways.
