Sourik Mandal

I am a percussionist, specialized in Tabla. I originally am from Kolkata, the city of joy. I have been learning and playing tabla since I was 5.

The institute I learned from was affiliated to Prayag Sangit Samiti, from where I completed Senior Diploma in the field of Tabla 5 years back and since then I have been tutoring others and helping people follow there love for rythm, and learn tabla. I do this, not with the motive to earn, its my passion to play the tabla and I want to spread what I have learned in the past 15 years to others.

At last I would like to say, that learning music, any instrument, tabla, harmonium, piano, drums; it is going to take 2 things, practice and guidance, I am willing to help you out with guidance part of it as best as I can, if you are willing to do your part, feel free to reach out to me.
