I have found that class 9 is second fundamental after class 6. If someone has remained behind in upper primary classes or can say if someone has weak basics in upper primary classes (6-8) in Maths, he/she may definitely improve it from the class 9. So Maths of class 9 is actually a revival process of Maths journey of one's schooling.
