I started teaching chemistry soon after finishing my Master's degree (1994) in the subject. I joined a CBSE affiliated school as post graduate teacher in chemistry. My early experience of teaching (initial 10 yrs) was in north India (NCR Region). First 4 yrs of experience, I restricted myself to prepare students only for Board results and gave 100% results with all 1st divisions in class XII CBSE exams with a highest score of 98/100, 97/100 & 99/100 for successive years. Was also appointed by CBSE board as external examiner for conduction of practical examination for class XII for many years. Later started coaching students for AIPMT & AIEEE exams when got associated with coaching institutes like AKASH & FIIT-JEE. Shifted to Bangalore in 2004, and joined BASE- Bull temple road BASAVANAGUDI. Worked as Senior IIT faculty for next 5 years. Was appointed as Principal for Vijaya Chetana PU college, J.P Nagar where I worked for an year but realized that administration was never my passion.....but teaching definitely was. So resigned and joined Narayana PU college, J.P Nagar as a senior faculty for IIT mains/advanced coaching. Presently working as HOD chemistry with EDUTEL Technologies Pvt .Ltd and actively involved in content development & training students online for various engineering & medical entrance examinations.
