Either you can opt for some spoken English course or practice on your own with some good English speaking people around you. It is said that "practice makes a man perfect" so only speak and speak a lot. Do not put more pressure on the grammar portion while speaking because if you go on checking at the beginning, than you will never talk English fast. So, whatever comes to your mind without thinking of grammatical error try on speaking English. Once you become fluent, then you can check some grammar error and learn to rectify it.
