For standard 4,5,6,7 students, is the whiteboard mandatory? Please share some tips and tricks for the same.

See it depends on the comfortability of the teacher. If you feel comfortable by teaching through a whiteboard, then you can surely go for it and using a whiteboard is the most effective way to start online teaching as it gives a classroom-like feel to students. But if you don't want to use a whiteboard, then you can also try using a pen and paper, but in this case, you should have an excellent mobile stand to make a visible video.
