I am Nikhitha.s .I m working as a teacher along with that I'm giving home tutions also from several years ( maths, science)upto 10 th std.l have degree in B.tech (cs)and MBA( Hr, marketing).I m a positive and confident person.I love my job and I get a great sense of achievement from seeing my students develop and grow as individuals.
Strengths:
1) Ability to solve conflicts
2) Creativity and enthusiasm for teaching.
3) Ability to explain difficult things in a simple way.
4). my communication skills, and understanding for the emotional world of children especially at elementary levels.
I don't find it hard to gain trust of the students, because I understand how they feel in different situations and a can choose the right word in my lessons.
I m providing to my students with an enjoyable education experience.Being a serious person,I believe that the atmosphere in the class room that I will be teaching would be quite serious, but I should be able to negotiate the level of seriousness in the class with some fun.I m having my own YouTube channel ( Nik'smaths Tricks) on that also I m using simple methods.
