Why is tuition not required for students until class 10?

Tuition is not a requirement bt a preference... u may or may not need depending on certain factors like self study, school reaults, school teaching methods, parents monitoring, student's own ability, etc.. tuition are more kind of a timetable that a student can follow at home also.. otherwise he may... ...more
