Akhtar Hussain

I am a certified yoga instructor with over seventeen years of experience. My journey in yoga began out of pure interest, and it has been a life-changing experience ever since. I have a diploma in Hata yoga and Raj Yoga, which I received after rigorous training and examinations. I received an acupressure session at an Integrated Medical Center in Delhi, which inspired me to pursue acupuncture. As an individual trainer, I have conducted yoga and acupressure classes in my local community. Today, I am a well-rounded practitioner who offers holistic wellness solutions to my clients.
My passion for yoga led me to explore alternative healing practices, such as acupressure and acupuncture. I am also passionate about sharing my knowledge with others and helping them lead a healthy lifestyle through yoga and other healing modalities. I teach various yoga styles, including Hata, pranayama, and stretching exercises.
Each class begins with a fifteen-minute warm-up session to prepare the body for the following workout. The classes are one hour long, and I offer them twice daily, at 6 am and 6 pm. My students range from ages fifteen to sixty, and I tailor my classes to suit their individual needs. I take pride in providing personalised attention to each of my students, ensuring they receive the maximum benefit from their practice.
I refer to various books and resources that help me stay up-to-date with the latest developments in yoga and alternative healing. These resources have also helped me create a comprehensive curriculum for my classes, ensuring that my students receive a well-rounded education in yoga and acupressure.
