Arghyadip Mondal

I am an enthusiastic and experienced language teacher with an urge to create an impact in a learner-centric environment. I have learnt 7 languages and have been teaching since 2018. I am certified in German, Sanskrit, Greek and Latin. I also teach English and Bengali. My plan is to continue to encourage high order learning skills where my students remember, understand, apply and evaluate the knowledge and unlearn the wrong concepts. I currently use case studies, group presentation, games, student-constructed questions and in future, I plan to use more reflection assignments, discussion boards and peer evaluation in student assessments. My performance has improved in teaching, evident by my high student rating. My goal is to adapt to my student’s changing needs. I wish to continue my enthusiasm and passion in all my teaching endeavors. My peers and supervisor find me committed to educational excellence, current with the latest instructional strategies and technologies, open to change and willing to try modern methods of teaching and evaluation, technology literate and able to communicate well with students in and out of classes.
