This is a complete hands-on class and you will do everything yourself with lots of individual attention. Learn the right process and unique techniques.

We will provide you all the ingredients/equipment to be used and your creations will be boxed up for you to take away home at the end. A recipe booklet also will be provided you for practice at home. Refreshment for the student during the workshop will be provided.

We do not freeze any of our cakes, desserts, we only make to order which means total freshness.

The cakeplaza also runs cake baking and decorating classes for beginners. Learn right from the basics of cake baking to the advanced levels. Here you will learn to make delicious cream and chocolate cakes, mirror glaze cake, brownies, muffins, cup cakes, etc. Over six hours, weâ??ll show you the secrets of cake baking and decoration as we take you step-by-step through the complete process. You will be taught here how to use the ovens, set the temperature, what is the best equipment to be used.
