For standard 4,5,6,7 students, is the whiteboard mandatory? Please share some tips and tricks for the same.

It depends upon the subject. If you are teaching science subjects, then you will need it for sure. But in the case of literature, you won't need it. On the other hand, in the grammar portion, it is not mandatory. But if you want, you can have it as it will be easier for both you and the student to teach and understand respectively.

In the current circumstances, online is the one and the only option you can opt for. Offline is not safe at all, in my opinion. Yes, there are some hinders like network issues, lack of availability while conducting online classes. But everyone should and must be cooperative now. A well planned online class can help you achieve a high score just like before. But above all, the teacher must be patient and give a sincere effort.
