IdentityMy name is Sangita Dutta. My teaching style is interactive, supportive and transparent. I encourage my students to have voice in the class room and participate actively in all conversation and situation. My responsibility are teaching children safely. If I see any problem my next step should be explore what could be the possible step to solve it. I have completed my B.A from Calcutta university and have teaching experience of 8years. I also worked as a teacher at The Daffodil buds Montessori school . My way of motivating students is by positive encouragement which can do wondered in my experience.
