As a mentor and as a teacher nurturing these standards students because they need more attention and care for their syllabus. Teaching all subjects will benefit students as they will interact with me more and more for their doubts. Apart from teaching giving smart tips for retaining the topics or subjects is also beneficial . In mathematics giving tricky and easy sums to do is main point for grabbing the concepts and subjects as most students trapped in tricky and easy sums at the same time. In history prefer to tell them as story to grab the past events and at the same time making interesting is key point to deli er speech in class time. In EVS we have connect the subjects with our environment that will be eye catcher for students for grabing the subjects. Hindi is my mother tongue so I am confident that by sharing the stories in Hindi and talking in Hindi will definitely grab the attention and make the subjects more interesting. In all subjects we have to take test and surprise recall session so they will recall the concepts or subjects easily. By this way teaching and learning will be more interesting. In other way we have to more interactive with students and cooperative in providing the classes as they will easily grab the concepts and ask questions at the time of difficulty. As teaching is my passion from start of my career that's why I always inclined to this profession . Happy learning and smart teaching is my mantra.
