I have wide exposure in rural and semi urban belts, including city slums,; with trafficked women, street children and several special needs cases. Designed and facilitated mind and personality development workshops in schools, with street children and women's homes as part of larger social upliftment programs.. Worked on mainstreaming of reformed addicts (& those with serious mental health issues, including children at risk & women) through livelihoods, leadership & specialized cognitive trainings.
My initiative Manoday is a means to fulfill the vision of offering more holistic interventions in addiction and mental health rehabilitation by leveraging the combined impact of traditional approaches to mind-body wellness and modern psychotherapeutic practices.
