The communication between the students and their teacher is the key thing I learned after teaching for 1 year at my college to juniors. You get to learn so many things and the most important thing is the questions that come for the teacher, better to say a healthy interaction between them. So overall it was a wonderful experience.

To get a good score in CAT, explicitly speaking of above 95 percentile, you should focus on your strengths. There's no need to cover all the topics, study smartly by getting the hang of the examination by solving previous year's question papers. And to do this, I think six months of systematic study will be more than enough.
Good luck!
