How can I understand C++ programming?

C++ is high standard and lot of template library language to support optimization... If you want to understand the basics of c++ it is enough to know the basics of C... But if you want to become a competitive programmer then concentrate more on c++

How can I print a question paper using programming (.NET, Java or C) with the sequence of questions randomly organised every time it is printed?

In order to print random questions first we need to use rand function in math library in Java... Then you have to write a simple thread for timer

First divide the given string into words then use strrev function.
