YEAR DESCRIPTION OF WORK
2014-16 1. Conducted a crash course for Thane branch of ICAI for IPCC. Taught subjects accounts (group 1&2) and costing and financial management.
2. Conducted a crash course for ‘Arham academy’ at Bombay and subjects covered were accounts (group 1 & 2) at IPCC level and Financial Reporting for CA(Final).
3. Worked as test coordinator for ‘Professional Academy’, Bombay for 21 months and conducted tests for their students at CA (final level).
• My scope included setting of test papers, coordinating with the faculties to know the syllabus completion for relevant test, checking of papers by self and with the help of checkers who were given instruction on the checking and marking scheme.
• Preparation of marks sheet and necessary feedback were given to students and performance updates to the management
2004-14 1. Myself along with a partner conducted IPCC classes (regular) in vadadora under the name of Jagan’s IPCC.
• Subjects taught by me were Accounts (group1 & 2), costing and financial management.
2. In my own class “L.J.Institute” for CA(Final) I trained students in subjects like financial reporting, strategic financial management and advanced management accounting.
3. In both the set ups we could consistently achieve a pass percentage of 50%-70%. This could be accomplished by continuous tests conducted and appraising the students, correcting their mistakes and also guiding them as to where they can improve.
2002-04 1. Conducted my own classes at a personal level wherein students of CS, ICWA and CA were coached in subjects like accounts, costing and direct tax.
