Dr. Sarita S.

My academic journey includes a LLB Hon. from University Of Lucknow (2012), LLM from Amity University (2014) and Ph.D(Law) from Babu Banarasi das University, Lucknow (2023) where I developed a strong foundation in legal principles and critical thinking. As an advocate for justice and the rule of law, I am committed to fostering the next generation of legal professionals. In my current role as Assistant Professor of Law at School of Legal studies, BBDU, Lucknow, I have had the privilege of actively involved in various academic and administrative roles at my current institution. As the convenor of the Moot Court Society, I have nurtured the advocacy skills of students, and my contributions as Time Table Coordinator and Proctorial Member have instilled in me a sense of responsibility and effective time management. Serving as a member of the Board of Studies and the Faculty Board has given me a holistic view of the academic processes and decision-making within an educational institution. I believe in the transformative power of education and am dedicated to providing students with the knowledge and skills needed for success in the legal field.
