It happens with some people who take a long break from work; when they get back to work, they feel that they have lost confidence, but in reality, it's the lack of practice. So don't worry, just think positive, be more focused on your work, try to speak in English as much as possible even with your friends and family, and soon you will see that you have gained the same fluency and confidence.

You need to be very careful and beware of fraud. Any certified institutes certificate will be valid but do authenticate the Institute before investing.
Second and most important, make yourself so capable that you speak for yourself and leave an impression so that you do not require a certificate because it's you who will leave the first impression and say not your certificate.
