Hii Saurabh!! There are a few steps that you should follow to make switching chords easier:
1) First, learn the finger position of the chord you want to play and make sure each note sounds even.
2) After that, set a four-bar rhythm at a slower BPM on the metronome and try switching on the first beat only (without playing the chords)
3) Then give downstrokes on every beat and try switching the chords.
Always try a set of chords (example - I, vi, iv, v of a particular key).
