If you wish to enhance the learning skills, you can try to put a timer and then check how much you can make it in a particular time. Then repeat it to find the improvement,
Now, talking about logical skills; suppose if studying a topic, try to find and solve not only questions present in your syllabus but apart from it. By this method, you get to explore more and new ways to solve a numerical or example, e.g. a unitary method question is more comfortable solving linear equation in a variable that is assuming value x method.
