All the Sukshma Vyayam, as in a corporate place you use to sit at one home for long and fingers are brought in use too much for typing. So starting from Greeva shakti Vikask kriya, Netra shakti Vikasak kriya, Bhujbali shakti Vikasak, Bhujbandh shakti Vikasak, Aangulya shakti Vikasak etc. could be done while you are sitting on the chair, and will take max 10min. Also, it will increase mobility in the joints and make the employee more focused and active.
