Jignesh Kumar Patel

He is a teacher who learned from the ancient Indian Guru Shishya tradition of Yoga. He has been practicing Yoga for the last 8 years and is certified by the Indian Government. He is an excellent Sanskrit scholar.

In his practice, he shares Hindu and Buddhist philosophies. He teaches Ashtanga Yoga, Breathing, Hatha Yoga, Meditation, and Suryanamaskar. Weaving in the science of Ashtanga yoga, breathing, and meditation techniques, his mission is to guide others to find their inner calm, recalibrate and recharge, get mentally and physically strong, and be happier. He teaches powerful alignment-based ancient yoga flows that leave you feeling empowered, refreshed, and renewed. His classes are explorative and energetic, and he trains with precise instructions, maintaining the environment as fun, focused, and welcoming. His goal is to inspire students to improve their wellness and achieve inner balance.
