I believe that my one year of experience working as lecturer in Christ Institute of management (NCR) and five months of experience working as a lecturer in Hi-tech Institute of Engineering and Technology as Lecturer of MBA final year students will be effective in your Institute. I am very keen to continue my career in this field. I enjoy passing on my learning’s to other students who are interested in a similar subject. I think I can relate well to students and provide support to them during their university degree courses. My objective as a teacher is to motivate my students to develop their own learning interests and critical thinking, establishing a learner- centered environment in the class room. I am very organized and thorough, I like to plan my sessions effectively to ensure that the curriculum is covered without exception and with an element of fun to allow the students to relate to the subject even more. I have strong passion in my subject of both management, accounts and finance and like to keep up to date in my subject to allow my students to get the full potential of my experiences. I am an effective communicator and I can keep detailed records and logs including lesson plans, I also believe that clear, open communication with students is a key element in helping them learn.
