I have been a national merit scholar ship holder right from 8th class till my graduation.
I have hands on 23 years plus experience in FMCG and OTC Sales.
I have won best branch awards as branch head in Dabur India back to back for two continuous years.
I earned foreign tours for three continuous years for surpassing sales targets.
Having been part of sales experience I have deep insights into the psyche of sales staff as well as customers and managers.

Currently I manage sales operations as sales Head in one of good companies in India .
I am pursuing MA-Psychology, which has given me new insights into the psyche of persons and I teach such insights in my training program.
Sales is nothing but Psychology.
I have passed all papers from ISTD for diploma in Training and Development. My Project is pending which i will start very soon.
I write blog on FMCG sales.
I conduct my training as per requirements of my trainees and their needs guide my training programs.
I love sharing my experience in sales which help team and sales personnel get more business from same leads in the same time.
