  3. A grid will appear, allowing you to select the number of rows and columns for your table. Click to choose the desired size for your table.

Alternatively:

  1. Click where you want to insert the table in your document.

  2. Go to the 'Insert' tab.

  3. Choose 'Table' from the dropdown menu, and then select the number of rows and columns.

You can adjust the size and formatting of the table as needed after inserting it by right clicking the table.
