I have completed my Masters in Classical Dance Kathak under the guidance and teaching of Kathak exponent and Late.Guru.Smt.Asha Joglekar.I have also received training under the guidance of Pandit Birju Maharajji, Guru.Shama Bhate, Pt.Puru Dhadich. I am an examiner with Gandharva Mahavidhyalaya.
I have won Kalashree awards for my performance and has been appreciated by various other Kathak exponents.I have performed solo and in group in various Classical Dance festival. I have performed with some of the kathak exponents like Archana Joglekar,Mayur Vaidya,Urmila Kanetkar,Phulwa Khamkar.I also have performed with the diva Madhuri Dixit and Priyanka Chopra.
I have been teaching for past 6 years in my Institute Archana Nrityalaya.
I love teaching dance since it gives me a chance to share my knowledge and bring out the passion.
To extend the horizon of my students I have started my own classes as Kartara Institue Of Arts in Borivali west.
