This is a very personal guidance session, where I will share my own journey with meditation and how it has benefitted me.
This is an ideal introductory session for anyone who has:
- tried meditating but has failed
- for those who have 'heard' about the tremendous benefits of meditation and want to avail of the same
- who want to change their lives by changing themselves
- who want to live more fulfilled lives
It is especially for anyone who wants to improve their self-confidence, lower their anger/irritation levels and be more self-accepting of themselves - as that is how I myself have benefitted from a daily meditation practice.
