I am the founder of Career Saarthi. An Edutech platform to help students become the best version of themselves & find fulfilling careers.
I am a Certified Career Analyst and a Certified Global Career Counsellor from University of California, UCLA Extension. I am a member of Asia Pacific Career Development Association (APCDA) & National Career services (NCS). I have delivered several career counselling workshops in prestigious schools like Cambridge International and Billabong High international school.
I have a rich experience in providing holistic guidance to children, teenagers as well as professionals. I have conducted numerous interactive workshops in schools as well as in corporates on personality development. In addition, I have also mentored students for their Group discussions and Personal Interviews for MBA entrance tests such as Common Admission Test (CAT) and other competitive examinations.
Before turning an educator, I have been a seasoned industry professional, having worked for a range of corporate firms during her career from HDFC Bank, Saregama India and Career Launcher..
The need for career counselling can be best expressed from my own experience. I was always interested in History and English but coming from a family of Engineers, Science and Medicine were the only rewarding career options on the table. I realized my true calling through trial and error and lost a few valuable years in this process. I would never want any child to go through the same."
