• Among the first four Lady Sales Officers in the entire Oil & Gas Industry that BPCL experimented with in the early 1980s, with great success.
• First Lady Divisional Manager in 1992 in the entire Oil & Gas Industry
• Set up the new Pune LPG Divisional Office for BPCL.
• Lead member of BPCL’s massive restructuring exercise during 1996-1998
• Pioneer in setting up the Brand Department in BPCL in 1999
• Developed the Loyalty Program (Petro Card), ‘Pure for Sure’, In&Out Convenience Store, Bharatgas and BPCL Corporate brand
• Developed the Leadership Development Program for BPCL in 2006-07 for identifying and managing the leadership pipeline in the future.
