IdentityI am a certified nurse and a certified yoga teacher for now seven years and enjoy sharing my passion and helping people to reconnect with themselves through the practice of yoga.
I discovered yoga ten years ago while in New Zealand attending a course from a very kind and old Yogi. Since then yoga followed me everywhere and helped me during tough moments. It is why I decided, 7 years ago, to share this practice that has helped me so much.
I learned to become a teacher in India where I did my TTC 200h, my TTC 320h and more recently specialised in pre and postnatal yoga TTC 100h.
These last years I had the opportunity to teach to very different students : young athletes, elderly people, people in psychiatric rehabilitation, pregnant women…
My area of expertise and interest lies in teaching to women (menstruation pain management, pre and postnatal…).
