The Course is for students who have enrolled for Chartered Accountancy course - Business Law/ Merchantile Law
In this students will learn various provisions related to Business/Merchantile Law like The Indian Contract Act, Partnership Act, etc. Students will learn about various types of contracts, essential elements to enter into a contract, various provisions of a partnership act, various provisions of sales of goods act, etc.
This is under new syllabus of ICAI therefore the exam will be in subjective pattern i.e. students have to write descriptive answers for each question.
Students need to bring the study material provided by ICAI and a notebook for making their notes as dictated in the class.
