Design Entrance Course - for Under graduate courses

Course Structure and Subjects:

1. Basic design : In this students learn

• elements of design
• principles of design
• colour theory
• form and space
• layout

2. The Design Process :

In this students are taught how to follow the design process in a step by step scientific manner so as to create effective designs for a target audience

3. Brainstorming, Ideation and conceptualisation

In this students learn how to crack that great award winning idea

4. Art and Drawing skills

This equips students with the basic skills needed to put their designs down on paper. They learn object drawing, perspective, memory drawing,  

5. Design in various areas : fashion, graphics, architecture, product, vehicles, textile, gaming, app development,  furniture, storyboarding, amongst others.
6. Study the market : Understanding the target audience and learn how to design with focus on target audience.
