As a Naturopath doctor, I have worked as a Wellness Consultant in the Acupuncture department at the Natural Therapies Centre, Vana Dehradun. I have also completed internships at National Institute of Naturopathy in Pune, Manthena Satyanarayana Raju Nature Cure Hospital in Vijaywada, Nirvana Nature Cure in Pune, and Sant Hirdaram Yoga and Nature Cure Hospital in Bhopal.

In addition to my professional work, I have actively engaged in various volunteer activities, such as organizing health camps for construction laborers, AYUSH medicine distribution to the elderly in old age homes, and training Asha workers in Common Yoga Protocol.

My skills include expertise in Ozone therapy, Yoga therapy with therapeutic yoga classes and counseling based on Panchkoshas, Physiotherapy, Acupuncture including moxibustion and cupping therapy, Nutrition and Diet planning for different ailments and age groups, and Mind-Body medicine.

I have also provided free online yoga classes and health checkups in rural areas, showcasing my commitment to promoting wellness in the community.
