IdentityI am a certified personal trainer with over six years of experience in the fitness industry. I have trained at various fitness centres, including Fitness Horizon, K Fitness, Hello Fitness, Transform Men, and several other studios.
My mission as a personal trainer is to help individuals transform their lives by achieving their fitness goals. I am passionate about promoting fitness as a lifestyle choice and believe that everyone has the potential to improve their health and well-being through regular exercise and a healthy diet. My interest in fitness and diet began as a hobby, but over time, it became a passion that led me to pursue a career in this field. I have gained extensive experience teaching personal training, strength, flexibility, mobility, and offline and online cross-fit conditioning.
My sessions usually last one hour, and I provide twelve to fifteen hours of weekly training. I take pride in customising each session to suit the individual needs of my clients, ensuring they receive personalised attention and care. My focus is to help my clients achieve their fitness goals while also helping them to develop a positive mindset towards their health and well-being. In addition to training, I provide my clients with essential dietary and nutrient guidance. I believe that diet plays a vital role in achieving fitness goals, and I am passionate about educating my clients on healthy eating habits.
