With a background in practicing law in esteemed judicial forums such as the Bombay High Court, District Court, National Company Law Tribunal, Debt Recovery Tribunal, City Civil Court, and Sessions Court, I have honed my skills in various areas of legal practice. My expertise spans civil and criminal matters, including complex litigation, writ petitions, appeals, contractual disputes, insolvency proceedings, arbitration, and corporate law. Additionally, my academic journey includes pursuing an LLM with a focus on Intellectual Property Rights from Mumbai University, solidifying my commitment to legal scholarship. As a registered member of the Bar Council of Goa and Maharashtra, I bring practical insights and legal acumen to the classroom, aiming to inspire and empower the next generation of legal professionals.
