I Say...

There are two types of candidates I observed that some of them has designing base on contrary some of work more towards artist base. But for me to find the potentials among them to make them to perform in both the areas. Because Artistry works like power to execute design creativity. And designing is sense more than artistry.

Patience, observation, awareness, capacity to study in depth, trust are the key factors one has to have and possibly somewhat long duration to learn it !
