I am a certified fitness trainer from ACSM and FSSA with an additional certification into Zumba, Pilates and Aerobics. I have been in this field since the last 6 years and would like to do more .I have worked in UAE as well for 2 years and presently I am handling clients who come for weight loss, strength training and general fitness. I am planning to teach fitness exercises pilates and fitness dance online . Since I have been in the field of dance and the fitness area I have got a good exposure in this . Presently giving PT sessions in Bombay on freelancing basis. I believe that online teaching would help those people who hardly get enough time to go to a gym or a fitness studio and also reach out to those trainers who may not be in their premises but can help them fulfill their fitness goal .
