I'm practing yoga from last 13 years .I have completed my Graduation and currently appearing Masters in Yogshastra and completed diploma in Yogshishak as well.We teach all aspects of Asanas like Forward bend ,Back bend ,Spine Twist ,Body balance ,Forward splits etc Join with us to start a remarkable and healthy lifestyle . I love to take meditation and relaxation.
