"I would highly recommend this course to one who wants to build up instant confidence. There are lots of exercises, which starts with introducing yourself. During any fresh meeting the most important thing is to introduce yourself, which makes a strong impression. Emphasis on public speaking was also given. Various mini games for team building and body coordination were also played. I enjoyed them; they freshen up the mind and releases the tension. Lots of stories were shared and advices were given by Ma'am. These are skills I can use not only at work, but at home and other organisations I belong to. These soft skills are life skills. "
