As a personal trainer you need to discuss first by setting a realistic goal, what the client wants and how it's gonna happen must be discussed with the client. Discuss about their medical conditions or any history of injury. And after that you should set the short term goals to achieve the long term goals. Plan and schedule a exercise program for the individual according to their goal and according to their body. Then you should correct their forms and techniques of the exercises, make sure that they perform injury free. And track the records of exercise and measure the BCA every month to record the changes.
