Hello all, I have little bit knowledge of C# and Asp.Net. Can I study .NetMVC? Please advice.

Yes, you can learn. MVC is a framework which give you lots of flexibility like you can do unit testing, model binding, easy routing, bundling etc.

I have completed my BSc (CS) and post that I have wroked for Infosys Bpo (1.5 Years) and after that I made a mistake and joined an institute and started working on Biometric system and its been around 3years. Now I find no growth here and I want to switch back to an MNC, and I get interview calls but when they come to know that I am working in an institute then they dont call back. Now I am totally confused what to do.

In IT sector MNC prefer work exp in any IT companies for now you can search job in any IT small firm then look for MNC. I think that will be much better. Because in small firm you will learn more as compared to MNC.
