My own journey learning and practicing Yoga is more than 13 yrs and still try to deepen myself in yoga to reach it's higher states.
As a Yoga Instructor or coach in teaching yoga in groups, yoga studio,schools, Residential society,
and personal classes at home for more than 3years in Navi Mumbai, Mumbai suburban areas.

We all aware that through the yoga practice we can live physically, mentally and spritually a healthy life and our students, practioner,and patient achieve all above through their continue efforts with us.

My Methodology

I discuss and practice yoga with our students in ancient traditional manner and try to simplify as per today environment. We try to focus on right knowledge of Asana ,pranayama and it's benefits, and other valuable require things which beneficial for person to person as per their health condition.
through my all these little step people get rid of anxiety,stress and also improve their health.
